DESCRIPTION:
283 cubic inch, V8 engine, matching numbers for that VIN with power glide 2-speed automatic transmission & 2 barrel carburetor. This car has a small 4 barrel carb. that starts, idles and runs great. I have the 2 barrel carb. & manifold. Car has a custom steering wheel & I also have the original one. Front Power Disc Brakes, Rear Air Shocks, Spare Tire & Bumper Jack. Dual Exhaust that exits past the rear doors. The radio is an AM/FM aftermarket unit with Chevy logo. (I have the original - not working). I installed new style power steering & pump. Power steering in the box (not the assist type). Car runs & drives great! No engine or differential leaks; no rust on body or frame. I put in a new fuel tank sender and had the odometer/speedometer repaired & set to zero. Car currently has approximately 375 miles on it. Before that, the odometer reading was xxxx, but it wasnt working - so I have no idea what the actual mileage is. Ive owned the car for 4 years; the previous owner thought the engine had been rebuilt approximately xxxx miles ago. This is a really nice car. It looks like its coming from where the speedometer cable connects and the transmission valve body. 2. Drivers side window glass has a crack, as does the wind wing glass. 3. Dome Lite plastic lens is broken. 4. Clock is not running.
